It was a great location & comfortable space. I must have missed the detail that there is no human contact during check in and check out procedures. My stay was pleasant, but I’m not sure how I feel about using a Smart Phone App to unlock/access everything. Other than that, the stay was quiet, peaceful, & clean.

Great room, stay, and location. Since the AC is above the bed, I set the thermostat lower at night so that it would cool down the room before I would turn the AC off until the morning. It worked well in Chico in the summer.

The decor was very appealing and the bed was comfortable BUT getting onto the floor let alone into the room was a horrible experience. The key code did not work and a phone call to the office failed because cell service was so bad. And Meriam Park always said “Contact Air BnB” but it was Meriam Park who controls the key codes. If an employee had not happened to come by, we would never have gained access. Stains on the carpet and some spilled sticky reside on the nightstand was quite unappealing. Topping off our stay were the musty, smelly towels. Adding insult to injury, the price was significantly higher than local hotels. We suggest not staying there until they get their act together and slash the price.

Location was great, coffee shop downstairs was excellent. Walkable little section of Chico. I also enjoyed the Pilates studio downstairs. Apartment was clean and comfy.
